ISO/IEC 20000-1 is an internationally recognized standard that specifies requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an information technology service management system (SMS). It covers planning, design, transition, delivery, and improvement of information technology and related services to meet customer requirements and deliver the highest possible value.
Netizen was first certified compliant with the ISO/IEC 20000-1 standard in June 2024.
