PM Soldier Training (PM ST) Cybersecurity Support Project Details

Netizen provides NIST RMF A&A and Cybersecurity Engineering, Validation, and DevSecOps support as ISSO/ISSE's for multiple major systems at the direction of PEO STRI and PM Soldier Training (PM ST) as integral members of the organization. Work includes preparation, completion and management of RMF A&A activities, DIACAP transition activities, comprehensive self‐assessments in eMASS, draft RMF artifacts such as documentation (policies, procedures) and network diagrams, and providing expert guidance in Cybersecurity Engineering and A&A processes for complex, interconnected training and simulation systems at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Work also includes:

• * Development of organization-wide security control selection guidance consistent with the organization’s risk management strategy.
• * Reviewing the common security controls periodically and, when necessary, update the common security control selections.
• * Define/disseminate organization-defined parameter values for relevant security controls.
• * Acquire/develop and maintain tools, templates, or checklists to support the security control selection process and the development of system security plans.
• * IAVM patch management and incident response support
• * Develop an organization-wide continuous monitoring strategy.
• * Provide training on selecting security controls and documenting them in the security plan.
• * Lead the process for selecting security controls consistent with the organizational guidance.
