Named one of the U.S. Army's "most proficient and capable leaders" during his military service, Michael also earned a degree with honors in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and managed large scale federal government software engineering and cybersecurity programs at executive levels for nearly a decade prior to founding Netizen. He holds PMP, CISSP, and other certifications.
Akhil Handa, CISSP, CISM, C|CISO

Akhil is an IT and cybersecurity operations executive with decades of experience leading high-growth companies in federal and defense markets. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and holds CISSP, CISM, and C|CISO certifications. At Netizen, he coordinates strategic initiatives and manages nationwide operations from the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Austin Flannery, MBA, CISM
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)Location: Florida
Austin is Netizen's cybersecurity and compliance executive. He also manages cybersecurity advisory, assessment, and monitoring programs for customers. He has a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Ph.D. in Business Administration with an AI concentration, a CISM certification, and is a certified Navy, DISA, USMC, and Defense Health Agency (DHA) Validator.
Tara Ellis, APMP
Director of Capture ManagementLocation: Charleston, SC
Tara has a decade of capture management experience which includes procurement support for large commercial and government entities. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Clemson University and industry certification from APMP. At Netizen, Tara oversees business development and proposal efforts for all defense and government opportunities.
Alex Greenzweig

Alex is the technical manager for Netizen's information security and IT operations. He also oversees the Security Operations Center (SOC) which provides customer solutions including penetration testing, security monitoring, vulnerability and compliance assessments, and other offerings. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity from East Stroudsburg University.
Tristan Boheim
Lead Account ExecutiveLocation: Allentown, PA
Tristan manages Netizen's enterprise accounts and commercial business development. He coordinates the identification, bid, and capture of commercial opportunities and manages accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Elizabethtown College.
